These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by EL-Bethel Logistics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

Services

We provide courier, transport and logistics services including (but not limited to):

  • Same-day courier delivery
  • Man and van services
  • eBay / Facebook Marketplace collections
  • Business-to-business (B2B) deliveries

All services are subject to availability.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer, including collection and delivery locations, item size, weight and access requirements.

Prices may change if:

  • Details provided are inaccurate or incomplete
  • Items are heavier or larger than described
  • Additional waiting time is required
  • Access is restricted or difficult
  • Extra assistance is needed

Payment is required as agreed prior to or upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

  • All item details provided are accurate
  • Items are correctly packaged where necessary
  • Collection and delivery addresses are accessible
  • Someone is available at both collection and delivery locations

Any delays caused by incorrect information or unavailable recipients may result in additional charges.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal, dangerous or hazardous goods including (but not limited to):

  • Explosives
  • Flammable materials
  • Controlled substances
  • Live animals

We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.

Insurance

All deliveries are covered by Goods in Transit Insurance up to £25,000 per load.

We also carry £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. [Our Insurance Documents]

Insurance covers loss or damage caused directly by us during transit only.

Insurance does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Inadequate packaging by the sender
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fragile items, unless declared and agreed in advance

High-value items must be declared before booking.

Damage or Loss Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as early as possible.

Late cancellations or aborted collections may incur charges to cover time and fuel costs.

Same-day bookings cancelled at short notice may be charged in full.

Delays

While we aim to meet all agreed delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, vehicle issues or access problems.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods being transported, up to the limits of our insurance cover.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of earnings

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any job if the conditions are unsafe, the information is misleading, or the items breach these terms.

Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
