At EL-Bethel Logistics Ltd, we understand how important it is to know your goods are protected while in our care. That’s why we carry comprehensive insurance cover to give our customers complete peace of mind on every delivery.

Whether you’re sending a parcel, arranging a same-day courier, booking a house clearance service or transporting larger items, your shipment is backed by professional courier insurance.

We hold Public Liability Insurance of £1,000,000 and Product Liability Insurance of £1,000,000, covering accidental damage or injury arising from our courier operations. We also carry Employers’ Liability Insurance of £10,000,000, along with Legal Expenses cover of £100,000, ensuring we operate fully protected as a professional delivery service provider.

Your items are also covered while in transit under our dedicated Courier Goods in Transit policy. This includes up to £50,000 cover when operating under major carrier conditions (including DHL, DPD, FedEx, Parcelforce, Amazon and others), up to £20,000 “All Risks” cover for our own direct contracts, and CMR liability cover up to £500,000, calculated at 8.33 Special Drawing Rights per kilo where applicable. This means your goods are protected against loss or damage while in our care, subject to policy terms and conditions.
